Description

A piece that is exploring the interplay between colour and shape. The negative space in the painting takes a prominent role in this painting creating a new way of looking at the two dimensional image as a 3D structure. I use a lot of discs and circles in my imagery as the circle is a metaphor for the circle of life and for me has a highly symbolic meaning in connecting art aesthetics to the spiritual meaning behind my work.
