Not a Cloud in the Sky Acrylic

A walk around local fields inspired me to create "Not a Cloud in the Sky". Successive layers of paint have built up to create complex colours that are soft and hazy to capture the feeling of a soft spring day. The horizon was a soft blue blurred with a pink haze, some fields were bright green with new grass and fields ploughed for spring sowing were dusty and also rather pale and pink. Painting has the unusal interest of the title written on the left edge, "Not a Cloud" , right "In the Sky". Signed in pencil bottom right, signed and dated on the reverse.
