Description
A springtime painting of the British countryside. When the bluebells and wild garlic are in flower in late April and early May they make a beautiful splash of colour that is short-lived but well worth capturing in a painting. The winding steps are very appealing and beckon the viewer to follow the path upwards. The soil is a red colour that gives the piece the warmth it needs, as do the flecks of pink seen amongst the purple bluebells.
Painted on a canvas board, the piece is framed in a dark wood-effect frame 3cm wide.
This framed painting will be shipped in a cardboard box.
