The Patchwork Garden Acrylic

I've used a palette knife to apply thick acrylic in a vibrant patchwork design. Flowers made from acrylic skins were incorporated into the wet paint so there are smooth elements mixed in with the rough texture. A matte varnish has been used to seal and protect the artwork.
The colours in this fascinating piece are breath taking and it would work well in a modern or traditional setting.
I've used a stretched canvas and painted the deep edges white so it is ready to hang. Framing is purely optional.
