Artistic background

I am a Welsh Artist specialising in Landscape painting in an impressionistic style.

My creative process emanates from a love of the landscape, and I hope to bring a sense of place, personality and warmth into your home with every piece I make.

The stunning natural beauty of the British countryside is so inspiring, and I'm constantly striving to capture the effects of light and shadow in my paintings, using colour and tone to add drama and atmosphere. I mainly work in oil paints, as I love the application and richness of the paints, but I also use other mediums such as Acrylic, Ink and Watercolour, which all have their own advantages.

Most of my work comes framed and ready to hang on your wall, so they also make ideal gifts for loved ones.

Interests

I love getting out and doing Plein Air Painting.
I also like to visit Galleries and Museums whenever I can, I find it very inspirational.
