Interests
I am an avid reader - mainly fiction but have recently enjoyed reading Phil Jackson's book about coaching the Chicago Bulls in the Michael Jordan era. We could do with more leaders with Phil's approach to getting the best out of a team. I also love music and have a wide and varied taste. Most recently I have rediscovered a love of vinyl and am enjoying starting a new collection of random records mostly picked up in charity shops (I love a bargain!) After spending a number of years wearing mainly black (less Goth more unimaginative) I now revel in colour both decorating and painting canvases. I love the different effects that vibrant colours can produce; creating patterns and mixes where you can see different things each time you look. Sometimes figures, sometimes shapes, sometimes movement. I've always enjoyed working things out for myself so I think that is what influences what I create.
