To Ski or Not To Ski

Artistic background

Two Years at art college, a degree in art and design followed by a short career as a teacher, ultimately led me back to creating my signature figurative compositions.
What started out as serene pastel drawings have evolved over many years to become these distinctive calligraphic drawings. Hand drawn and painted, their inspiration comes from the elongated figurines of Giacometti, the curvatures of Henry Moore's sculptures and Lowry's naive painting of everyday life.
Aswell as covering such themes as music, sport and street scenes I offer family and wedding portraits whereby you get to add many peronalised elements into your piece.
