Artistic background

I think the reason I enjoy painting so much is because it allows me to escape into imagined worlds. I’ve always loved the combination of world crafting, narrative, and aesthetic beauty. I’ve been lucky enough to have had classically trained mentors who are not afraid to ruthlessly criticize every brush stroke until they’re pulsing with power. Above all, my art aims to connect viewers with something of the wonder of life and inject drama and positivity into the rooms where they are exhibited.
