James Forinton

Artistic background

I was born in Grimsby and currently live in Lincolnshire. My artwork is in the style of the likes such as Helen Bradley, LS Lowry and Grandma Moses whom I admire greatly.
My artworks are mostly of everyday life and of events and are bright and vibrant with plenty of activity to draw the viewers eye.
I’m self taught and use acrylic paints.
Also I draw pencil sketches of actual places, whereas my naive paintings are of fictional places.
