Artistic background

I am a self-taught artist living in the historic seaside town of Hastings in East Sussex, England. Although I have no formal art training I have always enjoyed Painting and Drawing since childhood. I started out using water colours and producing charcoal portraits from photographs for family and friends. The last 15 years I have developed a deep interest in painting with Oils on canvas and more recently have started using Pearl & Acrylic paints. I like to use different techniques and styles in my work. I love using bright colours that stand out, creating unique and eye-catching pieces. Thank you for taking the time to view my work.
