Lightin the Foliage Oil

Another beatiful afternoon in the New Forest national park.
Impressionist, landscape, oil painting on canvasboard 8.25x11.6 inches (21x29.5 cm).
Canvas board was primed with 3 layers of high quality gesso and 1 layer of GOLDEN GAC 100 primer to prevent sinking of colour over the time, where pigment would otherwise loose the crisp look due to loss of oils contained in the paint. That will ensure the bright and fresh appearance of oil paint over the long period of time.

All my paintings are always treated with thin layer of protective varnish after they dry and they are signed and sold unframed. All materials are archival.

This artwork may be a nice gift or a wall decoration in your own home. It will go well with most frames and will fit in contemporary house as well as traditional cottage, art deco interior or will even nicely complement an office.
