Serenity Sculpture

This sculpture is LIFE SIZE, and is mounted on an independent base tailored to its shape, which is stone in colour.
This piece shows an elegant woman emanating peace, calm and total relaxation, evoking charm and well being, hence the title "Serenity".
Worked in crank clay, then fired and patinated in various polishes and paints. The clay has been scored whilst shaping adding interest to the surface of the work.
The base measures 105 centimetres wide by 76 centimetres deep.
Height approximately 80 centimetres plus depth of base 15 centimetres.
