Vincent Acrylic

This is a abstract acrylic painting of a Sunflower on an A3 cradled wood panel substrate. 3 coats of resin applied. Just 3 colours used. Burnt Umber, Raw Sienna, and Primary Yellow blended together to create this beautiful piece. This is my first painting of a flower, and what better flower to start with than a Sunflower. A coloured resin ink has been applied to the resin to enhance the colours even more, and a light sprinkle of extra fine coloured glitter. As a nod to the past, this painting is entitled 'Vincent'.
