Subject: a modern painting of a Passiflora Flower, an exotic flower, original of Brazil and common in South America. The varriant Passiflora Edulis generate the Passion fruit also known as Maracuja.
The range of the flower colors is wide, vibrant and bright.

For this painting I used both painting brushes and palette knife to give to the subject its depth in space and its touch of impressionism and I used a Winsor&Newton stretched canvas and high quality oil colors.
