I created this autumn motif in my brain based on images of nature that impressed me as a child. My favorite time of year was autumn. It meant the beginning of a new school year, the transition from a carefree summer to serious work.
The state of nature, replacing the heat with freshness and transforming the environment around me beyond recognition struck my imagination.I tried to express the youthful sense I had back then in my painting. The sight of the trees that I saw every day took my breath away and made me want to run and bathe in the leaves, which I often did when I was a child.
