The State of the Nation Mixed Media

The State of The Nation was created using a collage of newspaper articles from the time (Jan - Feb 2019) which really summed up what was important to people in the UK according to the popular press. This was overlaid with sprayed and flicked paint in a number of layers of different colours with the final addition being the screaming head!

Original collage and acrylic on canvas board, measuring 300 x 400mm and supplied unframed.
