Desire for clouds Acrylic

A radiant yellow colour breaks through the darkness of the background and brings warmth and positivity to the picture. Bright colours on a black background characterise the abstract painting "Desire for Clouds". Yellow, orange, turquoise and blue dominate the painting. The background, a rich black, creates a strong contrast to the bright colours and lends the painting an atmosphere of depth and mysticism. Although the clouds are only faintly recognisable, they lend depth and magic to the work of art.
My creative process is often characterised by intuition and spontaneity. I let my inner world guide me and try out different techniques. I often start with an abstract sketch and then work in layers of colour to create depth and texture. It's a dance between control and letting go, where I always incorporate surprising elements into my work.
