THE OLD BLUE DOOR Watercolours

This door was painted in layers putting on some brown where the blue paint had worn off, adding other blues and lifting off some paint in some areas to relocate the variety of colours in real life. The brick surround and old plaster wall have a variety of greys, obtained from mixing the blues and browns.

The painting is Winsor and Newton watercolour paints on cold pressed, acid free, 300gsm watercolour paper. Ready for your own choice of mount and frame, the paper is A3 size as detailed below. The original artwork comes with my signature on the front and a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
