Cats provide me with no end of inspiration for paintings because they’re so cute and funny. This one looks just adorable peering out from the couch. I wonder if he’s ready to pounce or just playing.

A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to give a semi-gloss finish and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors.
