Snow on Richmond Green Prints

This Giclee print is from a pastel artwork inspired by the winter sun casting shadows of trees on snow. I was walking on Richmond green in winter and the snow was laying thick on the ground. The colours of the shop fronts contrasted with the bright white of the snow. The watery winter light from the sun was visible through the trees outlining the contours of the branches . It as late afternoon and the street lights were just coming on - it was that magical moment as the winter sun was going down and lights going on. Dusk is one of my favourite times and I try and capture it with my land and cityscapes . And Richmond Green I have painted in all the different seasons. And this one in winter is the last finishing with the snow This is a Giclee print on archival paper ready to be framed. An off white frame would set it off. It has a white border all the way round the picture to allow framing.
