Description
This Panther is part of a series of endangered animal species. In creating this oil painting, I aimed to capture the duality of nature's untamed vitality and serene beauty, inspired by impressionism to express emotions rather than details. The stealthy panther moving through the lush, vibrant foliage against the architectural elegance of the curved glass structure juxtaposes the wild and the man-made. This artwork embodies an energy that revitalizes any space, reminding viewers of the harmonious yet elusive balance between mankind and nature. . It is the fourth painting showing the animals in the Palm house of Kew Gardens. Kew Gardens has many flower and botanical plants which are also endangered. I feel passionately about the beautiful animals which are on the danger list. So the plants are from Kew but the Panther is part of my imagination and showing him emerging from the vegetation in the Kew Palm house. The painting is on a deep edge canvas and is ready to hang.
