In my collage artwork, I've aimed to encapsulate dynamic energy and complex emotions. Donald Trump is a man who causes intense emotional reactions in many people. His loyal supporters admire and believe in him whilst his opponents despise, distrust or even hate him. In this portrait he is calm, confident and smiling as he stands in front of the American flag. (Although no American stamps are used his links with Scotland are depicted through the Scottish stamps on his neck-tie.) Love or loathe him he is not a man to be ignored. It will add a thought-provoking vibrancy to any room, charging the atmosphere with a conversational pulse. Through this work, I express and invite a dance of interpretation and reflection.
