Butterflies to me always are a reminder that a loved one is nearby as this something I have noticed, same way that people see Robins. It is truly beautiful, and a reminder that they are with you. Always. I like to think that after passing, they watch over us and each person has an animal that they notice which appears in everything they see. For me it is butterflies and I have seen them appear when I needed it the most.
