Description
This is a small monochrome painting depicting Tower Bridge, London and 'Dead Man's Hole'. It is a vintage style painting with a policeman surveying the river Thames. Dead Man's Hole was so called as it was used as a landing point for bringing dead bodies retrieved from the river to the shore. A small piece of the history of London and the river Thames.
Painted on stretched canvas, unframed with black painted sides.
