The view over the snow covered peaks from the Aiguille du Midi (Needles at Midday) at 3842m in the Mont Blanc massif, that can be reached by cable car. The most experienced skiers and mountaineers, as depicted in this painting, can descend from here into France to Chamonix or Courmayeur in Italy. They give an idea of the proportion and immensity of these mountains.
The painting is Winsor and Newton watercolour paints on cold pressed, acid free, 300gsm watercolour paper. Ready for your own choice of mount and frame, the paper is A3 size as detailed below. The original artwork comes with my signature on the front and a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
