Rushing Water Oil

A small stream is running over rocks, making small waterfalls as it goes. This is always a sight that catches people's attention and makes them stop and stare. Moving water is quite fascinating.
I started this painting with an orange base layer, which I have allowed to show through throughout the painting. I have also used many different blues and purples for the rocks, and greens for the small amount of vegetation.
The piece is unframed, and I have painted the edges so it can be hung on the wall as it is. I will ship it in a cardboard box.
