Julia Oil

This portrait of fictional character, Julia Hamilton, was painted for the front cover of my second novel, ‘The Artist’. Julia is vulnerable but knowing, friendly yet troubled – these are the qualities I hoped to portray in her expression.

This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on canvas. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The painting is provided in a complimentary handmade wooden frame (pine) which has been fitted with picture wire, ready to hang. The painting is signed on the front and will be shipped with the Certificate of Authenticity.

The painting measures 16 x 20 inches (40.64 x 50.8 cm).

All paintings are professionally wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and are shipped with tracking and insurance.
