Subject: an hungry wolf is waiting for a prey; only his evil eyes revel the presence of this wild predator animal, while he is hidden by the grass in the forest green, just near where the meads begin and hunters might see him.

For this painting I used both painting brushes and palette knife to give to the subject its depth in space and its touch of impressionism and I used a Winsor&Newton stretched canvas and high quality oil colors.
