Description
An original watercolour picture in portrait format, on Bockingford 90lbs water paper.
A large multicoloured globe, with a mix of light and shadey areas to give it a 3 dimensional aspect. The dark brown background, helps bring it out.
Aspera malum in latin and italian, means "Apple Planet". Due to the sheen on the globe, it looks like a multi-coloured bit of fruit!
The stark white areas ( the white paper) were meant to be clouds, but the one,
due to the damp areas around it, formed into a feminine figure.
A little Venus...Why not.
