Hampton Court sunset Oil

I live near Hampton Court and one evening the sun was setting casting amazing shadows. I quickly took photos and very quick sketches to remind me of the colours and when I got back home I started the real thing. It took me quite along time as there was a lot of detail but I was pleased with the end result.
