In this piece I have tried to show the suffering, but also the beauty and elegance of the women bringing up children in difficult situations.
Not enough water, not enough food, no medical supplies, still doing the best they can.
Worked in terracotta clay, fired and finished in a warm brown glaze.
mounted on a base of solid wood.
