Description
I spotted this field of endless dried teasels cycling back along by the river in Sandwich Kent. There were masses of them standing like soldiers on an area of waste ground just waiting to be painted. A few swallows were preparing to leave at the end of the season.
I've used mixed media; acrylic, ink & a touch of gold in warm orange and brown hues to produce a textural mixed media interpretation of this landscape scene. On a sides painted box canvas ready to hang on the wall with a claw hanger which allows it to sit perfectly flat against the wall. Sealed for durability.
