This painting is part of a set of works that were inspired by the Yorkshire Dales. One thing I noticed whilst visiting the Yorkshire Dales, was how peaceful and restful it was. This painting developed on reflection of this. The colours reflecting the fresh spring colours and the paint given free movement depicting the wide open spaces.
It is painted on a deep edge canvas in acrylic.
