Tiles Oil

I’ve named this abstract piece ‘Tiles’ as the pattern reminds me of just that. I like geometric shapes and I’m particularly fascinated by those that tessellate. The random colour of the tiles brings contrast to the uniformity of the shapes.

This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on deep edge canvas. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The sides of the painting have been painted blue and the painting has been fitted with picture wire, ready to hang unframed. The painting is signed on the front and will be shipped with the Certificate of Authenticity.

The painting measures 24 x 30 inches (60.96 x 76.2 cm).
