Description
A white cottage set in the countryside in early spring as the trees start to bud on a dull day. The cottage is alone and gives a solitary, but not sad, feeling in the rural setting with farmland fields and woods beyond.
I have given this painting very muted colour to add to the feel of quietness and isolation.
Painted on a birch board, this piece can be hung as it is, and I have left the wooden sides unpainted to show the beauty of the wood.
I will ship in a cardboard box.
