Kwa-Ndebele Warrior Watercolours

A beaming face, glowing with health and vitality greets You, the viewer. Does he have the expression of friendliness, or is it the joy of contemplating your demise.
An ex colleague of mine called Reuben, agreed to sit for this picture way back in the late 1990's.
He was not dressed in traditional Ndebele (Zulu) regalia, that was a bit of artistic licence. However, I did the research and hopefully, have created an accurate portrail.
Reuben was so taken by the picture, that he bought a copy and proclaimed to house guests that that was his great uncle!
