A close-up section in black and white of the textures and patterns of the ears of ripening wheat in a field above Auvers-sur-Oise north west of Paris. This image is part of a series of wheatfield images taken in both France and the UK, this was also the location for one of Vincent Van Gogh's last artworks 'Wheatfield with Crows' painted here in 1890.
