This large painting of Battersea Power Station is a modern contemporary painting. The Battersea Power Station has been under new developments . It still maintains its wonderful facade which dominates the London skyline.
The sun was shining and this wonderful building and stood proudly as I sketched it and took photos. The cranes in the background look as if they are dancing. I have had a series of Battersea Power Station paintings mainly at dusk so this one was going in a new direction as well as the new development.
