Flying to Roost Oil

I live in Sutton on the Isle, in the Fens, which is raised above a tidal flood plain. Periodically we are flooded and many roads are closed. This area is known as The Gault due to its thick clay and is a haven for waterfowl, especially Lapwing, Teal, Hooper, and Mute swans. As the temperature drops in the evening, the mist starts to rise and it is easy to imagine how travelers in the past could lose their way.
The painting size is 24 x 18 x 0.5 inches and painted using professional oil paints
The sides are painted dark blue and the work can be hung unframed with picture hanging fittings in place.
A certificate of Authenticity is issued with the work which is dated and signed on the front lower right corner.
