I have painted the small gem on a handmade, fine-grain, Belgian linen canvas fixed to an archival-quality board. The canvas is four times universal primed. I mixed the paints to create the perfect shades of blue, green, and yellow with sprinkles of gold to depict the mountains and the city lights. The artwork is created using professional-grade acrylics and is protected against air pollution and UV radiation with high-quality MSA varnish from Golden.
