Entangled II Acrylic

McCullock's latest foray into colour and texture has resulted in intensely busy graphic images. The composition almost resembles graffiti but displays a more aesthetically pleasing form. The metal panel has firstly been prepared by adding contrasting texture. This is followed by many layers of paints and inks. Coloured gloss resin adds a very 3-dimensional effect, which is covered in fine detail. An embossed initial is displayed on the left hand side of the board. It is also signed in full and on the reverse.
