Love letters Acrylic

This is a mixed media abstract painting. The idea behind it is letting painful emotions flow and not bottling them up. Easier said than done - in this fast-paced world it is easier to push feelings aside and pretend all is ok, until everything eventually has to burst out. Writing love letters is what helped me to verbalise, let out and let go of bottled up resentment and stress towards people who have “hurt” me. The letters are for the writer's mental and emotional benefit.
