Artistic background

Since I was a child, I've always been interested in art. I find joy and inspiration in the many colours and shapes that can be made from simple tools. This passion made me choose Art as a GCSE subject. I explored different ways to create art pieces, which made me appreciate and understand artistic expression better.
I really like the work of famous artists like Claude Monet and Georgia O'Keeffe. Their special skills to show the essence of nature and the beauty of the natural world match my own artistic interests. I particularly enjoy experimenting with different mediums—from oil paint to charcoal —each offering a new way to express the beauty of natural surroundings, live objects, and the intricate details of the environment. Creating art that reflects the serenity and richness of nature is not just a task for me, but a fulfilling journey that continually pushes my boundaries and enriches my perspective.
