Artistic background

I started painting in 2019, after the death of my grandfather. He was a painter. I inherited his talent. Since then, I paint almost every day.
I was born in Bucharest, Romania, but have lived in the UK for 9 years.
In 2021, I organised my first personal exhibition in Romania, an exhibition in which I received the Diploma of Merit from the International Romanian Art Center for my debut in painting.
In the years that followed, I organised numerous personal and group exhibitions both in Romania and Great Britain, but also in Georgia, after which I received several diplomas of excellence. Some of my works are in state collections at local and county museums in Romania.
In 2023, I took a painting course at Southampton College, UK.
I paint in acrylic, oil, mixed media, and digital; my paintings have different themes.
„I close my eyes and paint feelings. I let myself be carried away by what I have in my soul at the time, and I paint my experiences. I paint the feeling of emotion, sadness, love, joy, and suffering, putting in that painting all the emotional charge, for that painting for me is actually what I have in my soul.”
In the future, I am preparing other personal exhibitions that I hope will be as successful as the ones I have organised so far.
