Afsheen Nasir

Artistic background

Afsheen was a finalist on Sky Arts, Landscape Artist of the year 2022.

As a self-taught artist she has always been inspired by landscape with unique compositions and colour capturing her interpretation.
Paintings are done quickly using wet paint to create interesting accidents. This lends a unique urgency and freshness to her work.

Her work has been selected for exhibition at the Lightbox gallery in Woking through the Surrey Open Arts competition and the Mall Galleries, London through the BBC programme ‘Show Me the Monet’.
She also exhibited at the Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts in 2019.
