Through a physical blend of pigmented emulsifier mediums and solvent based oils combined with applied Heat I can disrupt the purity of a canvas with abstract emotions that inspire bold colour to create a sense of chaos that challenge, captivate and enhance the expectations of the audience.
My use of these mediums, materials and methodologies attempt to visualise the relationships between concept and materials to create direct intentions within the subject matters.

I have combined the non-objective art form of Abstract with the emotional unrest of Impressionism to emphasise a single moment or scene communicated through colour and light with reckless abandonment

I call this art form “ABSTESSIONISM”
