Artistic background

Clare wrench is a landscape and wildlife artist based in Cheshire in the UK.
Painting and drawing from a young age, She was never without a sketchbook and art has always been a passion in her life.

After studying Illustration and surface pattern design, Clare pursued a different career path but during the coronavirus pandemic she began to paint prolifically and finally realised her dream of becoming a professional artist.
Clare regularly participates in gallery exhibitions and accept commissions, designs greeting cards and sells limited edition prints.

My art has developed a unique style influenced by my favourite artist Claude Monet and I find great inspiration from the natural world and is awe-inspiring landscapes, endless variations in shapes ,colours and patterns.

I primarily paint landscapes,wildlife and cityscapes using acrylic and oil paints.
Creating atmospheric and textured paintings using vivid colours and unusual compositions to create unique works of art.
