Artistic background

I trained at Bolton College of Art and Design and worked for a number of years as a self employed graphic artist.
Later, I became a professional genealogist whilst still spending time both enjoying art and developing my own style.
Since lock down I have worked almost daily on my own projects and have been gratified and p!eased ( and surprised) to have sold work to customers in the USA. Family are now encouraging me to try and sell more artwork, rather than storing it at home !!!
My ATAKEONART range of artwork features my own particular slant on loved locations around the British Isles, from Avoca in Ireland to Edinburgh, and Devon and all points in between.
