Sunset in San Juan del Sur, Pacific Ocean View Acrylic

Pacific Coast, Sunset in San Juan del Sur is an original painting on linen canvas.

We walked along the beach in the small town of San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua for an evening meal. As we strolled, I saw the most impressive sunset ever. In the bay's shallow waters, a few native people and some visitors also enjoyed the beautiful view.

Of course, there are moments when I greatly need my camera, and as usual, I don't have it with me. Luckily, I could grab my friend's small camera and photograph him and the sunset. The photos later allowed me to remember the calm and peaceful atmosphere of this place and were partially needed as a reference for this painting.

I painted the artwork with professional-grade acrylic paints on primed linen canvas and protected it against air pollution and UV radiation with three coats of varnish. The canvas is professionally stretched, and the painting is ready to be hung on the stretcher bars using a sawtooth bracket, or, if you wish, you can frame it.

The seascape's size is 61 x 46 x 1.9 cm.

The sides of the stretched canvas are clean and painted white. The painting can be displayed with or without a frame.
