LILAC-BREASTED ROLLERS Oil

If you were lucky enough to see this beautiful bird in the wild, you would be fascinated by the variety of colours of its feathers.
Perhaps this is why the Lilac Roller is the national bird of Kenya: its colours are supposed to symbolize the many different tribes that make up the Kenyan community.
These birds are known to be fearless creatures. They are not as afraid of people as many other birds. But their menu includes spiders, scorpions, snails and snakes.
